You did not purchase an embroidery machine through us, do not stress.
You only need to be aware of the following things:

1) we do not provide warranty service for items that were not delivered/sold by us.
In such a case, you must contact the seller and report your “claims” there.

2) We provide warranty service for goods sold and delivered through us only!
This service is then free for you!    
The exception is damage caused by your carelessness or action contrary to training on delivery. 

3) In the event that you want to use our service because you purchased the Goods from someone else and they are unable to support you, our price list is below:

A – start-up / verification / inspection of the machine and training in how to clean and prepare it for operation
PRICE 680 EURO for each head.

B – Training in using the machine, teaching basic operations within the scope of operation, including looper adjustment, needle adjustment and selection, and general everyday activities.
PRICE 599 EURO for 3 hours of training

C – Machine servicing, head adjustment, embroidery machine as a whole, calibration, looper adjustment, etc. diagnosis and replacement of necessary parts (labor)
PRICE 599 EURO for the first head, for each subsequent one on one machine 140 EURO.

D – Embroidery training, selection of needles/threads/backings, etc. thread tension setting, ongoing adjustment during work, etc. practical examples, general knowledge based on experience
PRICE 599 EURO for max. 4 hours of training

E – Pattern design training, software operation (hatch, wilcom, chroma)
PRICE 1680 EURO, waiting time approx. 2 months for an appointment

You can avoid all these costs by buying machines from professionals who have been dealing with machines for over 15 years…
